摘　　要：为了适应个别地区特殊的气候条件,实现配电网的智能化、自动化功能。设计了一种配电网智能真空断路器,采用特殊工艺处理的开关本体,以及经过特殊设计的控制箱,可以在任何特殊的气候条件下使用。研制开发的PARC智能控制器、SCADA监控系统,可以实现断路器的智能化和配电网自动化。该智能断路器在新疆时代油田投入使用,现场运行效果良好,满足了当地生产生活用电的需求。In order to be adaptable to extreme weather conditions in some odd area to achieve intelligentized and automated functionality of power distribution net, a kind of intelligent vacuum circuit-breaker used in power distribution net was designed. The circuitbreaker adopted switch casing specially processed by special technology and specially designed for control box which can be used under any extreme weather conditions. PARC intelligent controller and SCADA monitoring system were developed and manufactured to be able to realize intelligence and automation of the circuit-breaker in power distribution net. The intelligent circuit-breaker has been put into use in time oil field in xinjiang. The field operation effect of the circuit-breaker is good, which meets the needs for local production and living for power.
