摘  要:介绍了一种新型万能式断路器智能控制器的设计,主控采用基于ARM Cortex-M3内核的微控制器STM32F103。阐述了智能控制器的硬件设计和软件设计,其中硬件部分包括信号采集、微控制器、电源、通信、用户界面。该设计精度高,实时性好,三段保护特性整定值容易修改,采用Modbus现场总线协议实现遥控和通信。Introduction was made to intelligent controller design of a new kind of open-construction circuit-breaker, which was con- trolled by the microcontroller STM32F103 based on the core of Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) Cortex-M3. Hardware and software design of intelligent controller was set forth. The hardware included modules of signals collection, microcontroller, power supply, communication, user's interface. This design is high in accuracy, good in real-time performance and easy to alter the protection mode setting of three-stage design. Modbus protocol was used in the equipment to realize remote control and communication.
