摘　　要：通过对某断路器机构中的滑扣故障现象的分析,处以针对性的措施,对锁扣、跳扣零件加以改进,解决了滑扣问题;同时,从设计源头上巧妙改进锁面结构,提高了机构寿命和抗震性,取得了事半功倍的良好效果。Via analysis to the fault of trip slipping, targeted measures were adopted to improve trip locking and tripping parts. Trip slipping problem was solved. In the meantime, from design source head, locking hide structure was improved skillfully and the mech- anism life and anti-vibration performance were raised to achieve good effects with half efforts.
