七号信令业务平台的研究

摘　　要：提出了七号信令业务平台的概念及解决方案，目的在于提供一个基于七号信令方式的通用业务开发平台，使得新业务的建立只须着重考虑业务本身的逻辑，而不必关注较底层的有关协议，从而简化了新业务的开发工作，加快了提供新业务的速度．This paper presents the concept and the solution of signalling No.7 service platform. The purpose is to provide an universal platform for sevice development based on signalling No.7. On the platform, the creation of new service will simply emphasize the logic itself. It is not necessary to pay much attention to the bottom protocols, thus the development task will be simplified and the development periods will be shortened.
