经直肠超声引导前列腺活检的临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结经直肠超声引导前列腺穿刺活检的体会。方法对104例临床可疑前列腺癌患者行直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检。结果104例穿刺活检中,59例为前列腺腺癌,45例为前列腺增生。与术后病理对照穿刺活检阳性符合率100%,前列腺腺癌检出率为56.7%(59/104)。结论经直肠前列腺穿刺活检,是确诊前列腺癌的重要手段之一。Objective To investigate the evaluation of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture biopsy in prostatosis. Methods Transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture biopsy was performed on 104 patients who were suspected to suffer from prostate carcinoma. Results The results showed 59 cases of prostate carcinoma, 45 cases of benige prostate hyperplasia. Compared with postoperation, the positive rate of the biopsy was 100%, the detection rate of prostate carcinoma was 56.7 % （59/104）. Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture biopsy might be one of the most important ways of diagnosing prostate carcinoma.
