纵裂池出血的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的提高纵裂池出血的诊断准确性,减少漏诊或误诊。方法搜集2次CT检查确诊为纵裂池出血43例;另取我院CT室检查正常者120例资料作对比。均行轴位CT扫描,按Zimmerman等提法,将大脑镰及纵裂池以胼胝体和侧脑室为界,分为上、前、后3部分,并进行分析。结果纵裂池出血表现为:纵裂池线影增宽、密度增高,正常低密度纵裂池影消失;前纵裂池线影延长;侧脑室体上方层面纵裂池内高密度线影前后连贯;纵裂池内高密度"之"字型;天幕切迹增厚。结论上述结果,是诊断纵裂池出血的重要CT征象。Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis on ICB and decrease misdiagnosis. Methods 43 cases of such patient who had been scanned twice as ICB were compared with normal 120 cases CT. All were scanned axis with Zimmerman classification as superior, anterior and posterior. Results The ICB manifestation was IC line widen and high density, normal low density disappeared, anterior IC line prolonged with ＂Z＂ like high density and tentorial notch thicken. Conclusion The CT might lead the ICB diagnosis according to manifestations.
