建立足球教练员预备级岗位培训的初步研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等,以成人教育学、继续教育学为理论基础,分析了我国足球教练员岗位培训体系概况,指出建立预备级岗位培训的理论基础和现实意义。根据调查的结果,提出了预备级岗位培训建立的必要性并初步建立预备级培训,同时提出预备级岗位培训的实施办法。By means of literature review,investigation and mathematical statistics,based on the theories of adult pedagogy and further education,the author of this thesis analyzes the general situation of the employment training system of soccer coaches in China and points out the theoretical principles and practical significance of setting up the preparatory level employment training.Based on the result of the study,the author states the necessity of setting up the PLET and proposes the preliminary steps and measures in establishing PLET.
