摘 要:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法,对我国健将级以上23名女子短距离速滑运动员的20项体能指标进行了研究。揭示了我国优秀女子短距离速滑运动员体能结构特征,建立了体能结构模型,短距离速滑运动员体能结构模型是这一群体体能基本特征的集中描述。该模型的建立包括参数筛选、指标权重确定和结构模型特征揭示3个子系统,此模型既可为女子短距离速滑项目的科学选材提供导向目标,亦可使运动员体能训练的操作性、针对性和方向性更加明确。By means of literature review,interviews with experts,questionnaire,experiment and mathematic statistics,the authors of this study have made analysis on the indexes of 20 items of physical abilities of 23 female short distance speed skaters who are of elite level in China.The authors tend to reveal the features of the model of physical abilities in elite Chinese female short distance speed skaters and establish the best structural model.The model reflects collectively the characteristics of athletic physical ability in these skaters,and the establishment of the model includes three sub-systems of parame- ter selection, index weight determination and structural characteristics. The establishment of the model can provide both the leading objectives of the scientific selection of female short distance skater candidates and a clear direction for the operation of the training of physical abilities for athletes.
