摘 要:以正在建设的某铁路刚构桥梁上使用的菱形挂篮为例,分析了挂篮产生变形的原因,通过挂篮主桁架变形的理论计算结果和预压试验的实测结果进行对比确定挂篮的变形,并采用挂篮浇筑前几段悬臂梁梁段的施工测量数据修正挂篮变形曲线方程,以消除理论、试验与实际施工条件不一致造成的影响,进而对施工各节段的挂篮变形值做出正确的判断,为该桥悬臂施工阶段线形控制提供了可靠的依据。With the rhombus hanging baskets used in the construction of a certain railway rigid bridge as a practical example, causes for the deformation of the hanging basket are analyzed in the paper, with the theoretically-calculated results of the deformation of the primary truss and those gained by the pre-pressurizing experiments compared to ascertain the deformation of the hanging basket. Measured data of the deformation of the hanging basket in the construction of the preceding segments of the cantilever beam are taken to amend the deformation curve equation of the hanging basket to eliminate errors caused by the differences among the theoretical results, test results and the practical conditions, which helps make correct judgments on the deformation of the hanging baskets ,and provides reliable grounds for the linear control in cantilever construction.
