15%阿维菌素·毒死蜱水乳剂高效液相色谱分析方法的研究

摘　　要：[目的]为15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定和分析了15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂中阿维菌素和毒死蜱的含量。[结果]对照品溶液中毒死蜱和阿维菌素的浓度-峰面积回归方程分别为:Y=762.90X+15.84和Y=727.94X+18.91,在10.0～100.0μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好。在精密度试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的RSD分别为0.5%和0.7%。在重复性试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的RSD分别为0.9%和0.5%。毒死蜱和阿维菌素的平均回收率分别为96.06%和96.31%。毒死蜱和阿维菌素的最低检测限均为0.32μg/ml。热处理储存和正常储存的15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂的阿维菌素含量分别为12.54%和12.81%,毒死蜱含量分别为0.231%和0.235%。[结论]该方法准确度高,专属性强,灵敏度及稳定性好,测定结果可靠。[ Objective] The purpose was to provide scientific basis for formulating the quality standard of 15% abamectin · ehlorpyrifos EW. [ Method] The contents of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in 15% abamectin · chlorpyrifos EW were determined and analyzed by HPLC. [ Result] The conch.-peak area regression equations of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in the control solutions were Y =762.90X ＋ 15.84 and Y =727.94X ＋ 18.91 resp. and they had good linear relationship in the range of 10.0 - 100.0 μg/ml. In precision test, the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.5% and 0.7% resp. In repeatability experiment, the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.9% and 0.5% resp. The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were.96.06% and 96.31% resp. and both of their minimal detection limits were 0.32 μg/ml. The contents of abamectin in 15% abamectin · chlorpyrifos EW stored by heat-treated storage and normal storage were 12.54% and 12.81% resp. and that of chlorpyrifos were 0.231% and 0.235% resp. [ Conclusion] This method had high accuracy, strong specificity and good sensitivity and stability and its determination results were reliable.
