摘 要:为了解决污水中铅离子的去除问题,制备了壳聚糖香草醛希夫碱(CTSV)、壳聚糖水杨醛希夫碱(CTSS),又以戊二醛为交联剂,合成其交联产物CTSV-G、CTSS-G,并对4种壳聚糖希夫碱(CTS-X)进行了红外、X射线衍射和扫描电镜表征。以CTS-X为吸附剂,对比研究了4种物质对Pb2+的吸附,其中CTSV-G效果最好,吸附率可达73.88%。对吸附过程的动力学研究表明,吸附过程符合多孔结构的吸附特征,方程拟合结果符合二级反应动力学。In order to get rid of lead ion in wastewater, chitosan complexes, chitosan-vanillic aldehyde, chitosan- salicylic aldehyde Schiff base were synthesized. With glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent, glutaraldehyde crosslinked chitosan-vanillic aldehyde(CTSV-G) and chitosan-salicylic aldehyde (CTSS-G) were also synthesized. These two Schiff bases and two crosslinked chitosan compounds were characterized by means of IR spectrum, XRD and SEM. Taking CTS-X as the adsorption reagent, the adsorption to lead ion by the above four reagents were studied comparatively. Results showed that CTSV-G is the best adsorption reagent, whose adsorption rate can reach up to 73.88 %. In addition, the adsorption dynamics were also investigated, which showed that the adsorption processes met the adsorption characteristics of vesicular structure and the simulation results matched the second-order reaction kinetics.
