白花丹鲜茎与干茎中白花丹醌含量测定

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花丹茎中的醌类化合物,并测定化合物中白花丹醌的含量。结果表明,白花丹鲜茎与干燥茎中白花丹醌的含量分别为0.0423%、0.0420%。The quinones in stem of Plumbago zeyanica L. was extracted by steam distillation, and the content of plumbagin in the quinones was determined, The results showed that the contents of plumbagin in fresh and dry stem of P. zeyanica were 0. 0423% and 0. 042 0% resp.
