摘　　要：降水强度随时间的变化过程,对于研究降水特征,尤其是对暴雨特征的研究具有重要意义,同时对防灾减灾策略的制定也有重要作用。利用降水强度数据查询系统,将辽宁省地方气象台站的降水自记纸数字化产品转化成为气象业务服务的信息,并根据转化出的信息分析辽宁省短历时降水的强度分布特征,为辽宁省未来的防灾减灾工作提供方便可靠的数据保障。The change of the precipitation intensity with time is of great importance for analyzing the features of precipitation, especially for rainstorms. The precipitation analysis is also important for enacting the strategy for disaster prevention and reduction. By using the reference system for precipitation intensity, the result of the digitizing of precipitation autographic record paper was transferred to meteorological information that was used for public service. The distribution features of the short - time precipitation intensity were also analyzed. The research provided convenient and reliable data guarantee for the diameter prevention and reduction in Liaoning Province.
