氯沙坦治疗轻中度原发性高血压172例疗效观察研究

摘　　要：目的：评价氯沙坦治疗轻中度高血压的疗效及安全性。方法：入选172例轻中度高血压患者，经2周导入期后随机分为试验组和对照组各86例，按双盲、平行临床药理试验方法分别给予氯坦沙25mg和依那普利10mg治疗。治疗4周后如不能有效控制血压，则将用药量加倍并维持到第10周末。检测患者治疗前后不同的血压、心率，以及血、尿常规，肝、肾功能，并记录服药期间可能发生的不良事件。结果：试验组降压有效率为90．70％，对照组降压有效率为81．40％，治疗后2周末收缩压（SBP）和舒张压（DBP）均已明显降低。此后血压继续下降，与治疗前相比，用药10周末试验组和对照组SBP分剐下降37．8和32．6mmHg。DBP分别下降18．4和14．0mmHg。试验组中有一例患者服药期间出现头痛。2例患者感轻微胸痛和腹胀。两组患者血、尿常规．肝、肾功能均正常。结论：氯沙坦治疗轻中度高血压降压效果良好．服用安全。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of losartan in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertensive patients. Methods 172case with mild to moderate hypertensive patients were selected, after two weeks import time the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. By double - blinded, parallel clinical pharmacology experimental methods, the patients were given 25 mg lesartan andenalapril 10 mg treatments respectively. After 4weeks treatment, if they can not effectively control blood pressure, dose will be doubled to the tenth weekend. The blood pressure, heart rate, as well as blood routine, urine routine, Liver function kidney function were examed pre - and post - treatment at different times and reeordod the adverse events. Results The control rate of blood pressure was 90.70% in experimental group, and 81.4% in control group, The SBP and DBP after 2weeks treatment decreased significantly, there after blood pressure continues to decline, Compared with pre - treatment. SBP decline 37.8 and 32.6 mm Hg, DBP decline 18.4 and 14. 5 mmHg over the ten weeks in experimental and control groups separately. There was one patient had headaches during medication, two patient feel mild chest pain and abdominal distension in experimental group. The blood and urine routine, liver function, Kidney function were normal in two groups. Conclusion The effects of losartan in hypertension treatment are effective and safety.
