摘  要:大学生人格优化系统是指在影响大学生人格优化相关因素内在联系中所形成的互动整合、并具有特殊功效的有机结构状态,主要体现为课堂教学、课外教育、社会实践、舆论导向、示范引领、制度建设等相互促进,学校教育、社会教育、家庭教育、自我教育等形成合力的大学生人格优化培育系统。积极构建大学生人格优化系统,对于培育大学生良好人格,提高大学生素质,促进大学生全面发展,具有特殊重要的意义。The personality optimization system for college students refers to the interactive and integrated organic structure that forms in the internal relation of the correlated factors affecting the college students' personality optimization. It has special functions and is mainly embodied by the college students' personality optimization cultivation system that is accelerated by classroom teaching, extra-curricular education, social practice, public opinion, demonstration, guidance, and system construction and is formed by school education, social education, family education and self learning. To construct the college students' personality optimization system actively is of important and special significance for cultivating the good personality of college students, promoting their quality, and advancing their overall development.
