湛江“南珠”产业现状和发展对策

摘　　要：环北部湾海域所产的海水珍珠,俗称为"南珠"。本文从养殖技术、加工工艺、宏观管理和信息平台建设等方面探讨了制约湛江"南珠"产业发展的因素,在资源和地理条件下阐述了湛江"南珠"产业发展的优势,并从养殖技术更新、科学规划和多元化产业结构等方面提出发展"南珠"产业的建议和措施,同时指出了旅游珍珠业在湛江"南珠"产业发展中的重要意义。The seawater pearl of the Beibu Gulf is called as ＂south pearl＂, which is well known all around the world because of its fine and smooth, colorful, magnificent and gloss. The article analyzed the factors that have restricted the development of ＂south pearl＂ industry in Zhanjiang from the aspects of breed technique, process techniques, macro-management, information platform, etc. This article analyzed the advantages of the ＂south pearl＂ industry＇s development in Zhanjiang with the specific condition of resource and geography. Moreover, the article has proposed some advices and measures for developing the ＂south pearl＂ industry from the aspects of the renewal of breed technology, reasonable programming and multi-industry structure and pointed out that the travel industry plays an important role in the development of ＂south pearl＂ in Zhanjiang.
