大跨度预应力空心板在拉西瓦工程中的应用

摘  要:拉西瓦水电站750 kV户外出线楼屋面采用大跨度预应力空心板和现浇板梁叠合结构相结合方式,为确保施工质量,加快施工进度,从大跨度预应力空心板生产施工技术、板端裂缝控制等方面进行研究与应用。放张后板端裂缝控制在0.4 mm以内,单板静载试验结果显示荷载承载力达到35.5 kN/m2,板梁叠合屋面结构静载试验结果显示屋面荷载承载力大于115 kN/m2。The combination of large-span pre-stressed hollow slab and the cast-in-place plate girder structure is used in the floor roof of 750 kV outgoing building for Laxiwa Hydropower Station. In order to ensure the construction quality and speed up the construction progress, the production technology of large-span pre-stressed hollow plate and crack control are applied and studied. After the release of stress, cracks is controlled within less than 0.4 mm; static load test on single plate shows the bearing capacity had been to 35.5 kN/m^2; static load test on girder composite plate shows the bearing capacity of roof structure is greater than 115. kN/m^2.
