摘 要:拉西瓦水电站导流洞封堵闸门挡水水头高达165m,采用上游止水。由于实际埋件安装存在较大偏差,常规水封已不能满足闸门封水要求,导致无法下闸蓄水。为解决此工程难题,应用有限元对伸缩式水封进行非线性模拟计算,同时进行模型试验,研究确定了闸门采用伸缩式水封的改造方案。实际运用表明,伸缩式水封能够较好地适应门槽的安装偏差,保证了顺利下闸及可靠封水。The diversion tunnel bulkhead gate of Laxiwa Hydropower Station, on which the water seal is installed on the upstream side, retains water head up to 165m. As the big deviation of embedded parts caused by poor installation, conventional water-sealed gate can no longer meet the requirements of sealing water. To solve this problem, the non- linear finite element calculation in parallel with model tests are used to study the expansion water seal, and a modified program is identified accordingly. The practical application shows that applying expansion water seal can better adapt the deviation of gate slot, ensures the smooth progress of the gate erection and provide the reliable sealing of water.
