摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在诊断肝癌右心房转移中的应用价值。方法经腹部超声或其他影像学检查发现肝脏占位性病变,经实验室检查等证明肝脏占位性病变为原发性肝癌,用心脏彩超检查出右心房内有占位性病变。结果右心房内占位性病变经多种检查后诊断为原发性肝癌转移。结论心脏彩超检查在诊断肝癌右心房转移中具有重要的价值,但要结合其他检查才能避免误诊。Objective Inquiry into a ultrasonic the check is in the applied value in the atrium dextrum transfer diagnosing liver cancer. Results Share a venereal disease mutation to after various checks diagnose inside the atrium dextrum for zymogen hair the liver cancer transfer. Conclusion The heart colourful uhrasonic check has important value in the atrium dextrum transfer diagnosing liver cancer,but wants to combine other checks to then can avoid a misdiagnosis.
