摘 要:超支化聚合物的合成与应用是目前研究的热点之一.应用自制的超支化聚(酰胺-酯)分散剂(HPD)制备水性颜料分散体系,研究了分散剂、颜料、分散方法、超声分散时间及添加剂平平加O等条件对颜料分散体系粘度、离心稳定性、粒径及其分布等性能的影响.结果表明:HPD对颜料有较好的分散效果,在HPD用量为15%(对颜料质量),颜料用量2%,超声40 min的条件下,颜料粒径可达217 nm,体系离心稳定性达83.4%,粘度保持在1.88 mPa.s.平平加O作为润湿剂有助于HPD在颜料表面吸附,获得更好的分散稳定效果,用量应控制在5%以内.The preparation and application of hyperbranched polymer is one of the present study hot spots. The waterborne pigment dispersion system was prepared using home-made hyperbranched polyesteramides dispersant (HPD). Effect of the dispersant, pigment, dispersion modes, ultrasonic dispersion time, additive peregal O on the viscosity, centrifugal stability, particle size and its distribution of dispersion system were investigated. The results showed that HPD had good dispersion effect for pigment. Size was reduced to 217 nm, centrifugal sta- bility was increased to 83.4%, viscosity stayed at 1.88 mPa·s under the follow condition: the amount of HPD was 15%(on the weight of pigment), the amount of pigment was 2%, ultrasonic time was 40 min. As wetting agent, peregal O can promote the absorption of HPD on the pigment surface, in order to obtain better dispersion effect, the mount of peregal O should be controlled less than 5%.
