摘 要:采用自制染料-聚醚型分散剂对分散黄64原染料进行研磨,制备了平均粒径均小于1μm、粒径分布窄,且具有较高贮存稳定性、高温稳定性的染料分散体系。不同比例染料-分散剂体系对涤纶织物的上染百分率均高于常规商品染料,匀染性好于商品染料(匀染指数比商品染料小),染色后织物的干湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度均能达到4-5级,且染色残液的吸光度和COD值均远低于常规商品染料。C.I. Disperse Yellow 64 was ground with self-made dye-polyether dispersion, the dye disper- sion with excellent storage stability and high temperature stability was prepared, and the mean particle sizes were less than 1μm and the size distributions were narrow. The dye uptakes of dye-dispersion system with different ratio were higher than that of conventional commercial dye, the levelness better than that of commercial dye (the level dyeing index was smaller than that of commercial dye), the fastness to soaping and rubbing of dyed fabrics could reach level 4-5, and the absorbance and COD values of dyeing effluents were far less than that of conventional commercial dye.
