摘  要:采用PDMDAAC-MBBR(聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵-移动床生物膜反应器)组合工艺处理印染废水,并考察了填料填充比例、水力停留时间(HRT)、PDMDAAC用量、进水CODCr和NH3-N质量浓度对反应器处理效果的影响.结果表明:在填料填充比例为60%(体积比),单级反应器水力停留时间为24 h,PDMDAAC用量为0.8 g/L条件下,反应器运行稳定且处理效果好,组合工艺对色度、CODCr和NH3-N的去除效果较好,去除率分别达到97%、91.4%和90%.出水CODCr和NH3-N平均质量浓度分别低于50 mg/L和15 mg/L,均达到了《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(》GB 4287-1992)的一级排放标准.PDMDAAC-MBBR (polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride-moving bed biofilm reactor) combined process was applied in dyeing wastewater treatment. The influences of filling ratio of filler, hydraulic retention time (HRT),the dosage of PDMDAAC,CODcr of water and NHs-N concentration of influent on the treatment effect were investigated.The results showed that under the conditions that filling ratio of filler was 60%(volume ratio), HRT in single reactor was 24 h,the dosage of PDMDAAC was 0.8 g/L,MBBR operated steadily with good effect,the combined process could obtain better removal effect of chroma, CODo and NH3-N. The removal effi- ciencies of chroma, CODCr and NHs-N in the combined process reached 97%, 91.4% and 90%, respectively. The effluent CODo and NH3-N were less than 50 mg/L and 15 mg/L, which met the first class criteria specified in discharge standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB 4287-1992).
