竹浆纤维织物亲水柔软整理的工艺探讨

摘　　要：采用亲水性有机硅柔软整理剂JSS整理竹浆纤维织物,探讨了整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间及整理液pH对竹浆纤维织物性能的影响,并通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺:整理剂JSS用量40 g/L,整理液pH为5,160℃焙烘90 s.经JSS整理后的竹浆纤维织物具有较好的柔软效果,且对其亲水性、白度、强力等性能影响较小,水洗5次后整理效果的耐久性较好,但对织物的断裂强力和撕裂强力稍有影响.Hydrophilic silicone softening agent JSS was adopted to finish bamboo viscose fabric. The influences of dosage of silicone, curing condition（curing temperature and curing time） and the pH value of solution on the properties of bamboo viscose fabric were discussed. The optimum technology was obtained by orthogonal test： the dosage of finishing JSS was 40 g/L, pH value of finishing solution was 5,the fabric was cured at 160℃ for 90 s. The result showed that the bamboo viscose fabric finished by JSS had better soft hand and its hydrophilicity, whiteness and strength change slightly. The durability of finishing fabric after 5 times of washing was good. however, the breaking strength and tearing strength of washed fabric was lightly affected.
