摘  要:石材蜂窝铝板具有质量轻、承载力大、易安装、隔声隔热、防火防潮、绿色环保等优点,逐步被人们所采用。然而石材和铝蜂窝板的热膨胀系数不同,当这种复合材料用于建筑外装饰材料时,易产生较大的变形。施工中,通过试验,运用价值工程方法,确定了石材蜂窝铝板复合材料中各种材料的组合方式,并制定了施工质量控制标准及控制措施。在具体工程中被成功应用。Stone and alveolate-aluminum board has been used widely in building with some characteristics of light weight, heavy load capacity, easy installation, sound and heat insulation, fireproofing and moistureproofing and environment protection. But different thermal expansion coefficients of stone and alveolate-aluminum board will lead to larger deformation when this compound material as decoration material is used in building external walls. During construction, the combination method of stone and alveolate-aluminum is determined by value engineering method. And control standard and control measures are also determined. The material is used successfully in practice project.
