摘 要:目的测定东北松嫩草原和辽河入海口野生罗布麻叶总黄酮和槲皮素含量,并对其抗氧化活性进行比较。方法超声波辅助提取总黄酮,比色法和HPLC分别测定总黄酮和槲皮素含量,DPPH.和.OH清除法评价抗氧化活性。结果松嫩草原和辽河入海口罗布麻叶总黄酮含量分别为10.593~11.001mg.g-1,11.203mg.g-1;槲皮素含量分别为5.507~5.753mg.g-1,5.218mg.g-1。松嫩草原罗布麻叶总黄酮抗氧化活性较强。结论辽河入海口和松嫩草原野生罗布麻叶总黄酮、槲皮素含量差异不显著,松嫩草原野生罗布麻叶总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性。Objective To determine the contents of total flavonoids and quercetin from leaves of Apocynum venetum collected from Songnen Grassland and Liao River mouth area respectively.Their antioxidant capacities were compared.Methods Ultrasonic extraction were applied to extract total flavonoids.A spectrophotometric method was used to measure total flavonoids,and content of quercetin was determined by HPLC.The antioxidant capacities of the extracts of total flavonoids from leaves of Apocynum venetum towards free radical scavenging were evaluated by 1,1 -diphenyl -2 -icrylhydrazyl(DPPH) and hydroxyl radicals. Results The results showed that leaves of Apocynum venetum collected in Songnen Grassland and Liao River mouth area (10.593 -11. 001 mg · g^-1 and 11. 203 mg · g^-1 respectively) both possessed higher amounts of flavonoids and the contents of quercetin from theirs were of 5. 507 -5. 753 mg · g^-1 and 5. 218 mg · g^-1 respectively. In addition, leaves of Apocynum venetum wildly growing in Songnen Grassland showed higher antioxidant activity as compared to that of Liao River mouth area. Conclusion There is no significant difference in the contents of total flavonoids and quereetin from leaves of Apocynum venetum between both areas, however, leaves of Apocynum venetum wildly growing in Songnen Grassland show higher antioxidant activity as compared to Liao River mouth area, further study of the correlation between antioxidant capacity and the ratio of the content of quercetin to total flavonoids is required.
