摘 要:目的通过测定驱白巴布期中与白癜风相关的微量元素含量,分析该药中微量元素分布与组方原理之间的关系。方法采用HNO3-H2O2高压消解罐法消化处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Sr,Co等8种微量元素,原子荧光法(AFS)测定Se元素。结果两种方法的RSD(n=5)在0.65%~3.18%内,元素回收率在90.52%~103.56%之间,测定结果较理想。结论ICP-AES法和AFS法测定微量元素方法简便,快速准确,适于分析测定药材中的微量元素,结果发现驱白巴布期中的微量元素含量与其组方原理有很大相关性,为今后进行基础研究及进一步开发提供信息。Objective To determine the relationship between the distribution of trace elements in Qubaibabuqi and the principle of composition by analyzing the contents of trace elements in Qubaibabuqi which is concerned with vitiligo.Methods Cu,Zn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,Sr,Co were determined by inductively coupled plasm atomic emission spectrum(ICP-AES) simultaneously after HNO3-H2O2 digestion,Se was determined by atomic fluorescence(AFS).Results The RSD(n=9) was 0.65%~3.18%, while the recovery of the method for every trace element were 90.52% - 103.56%, the result was satisfactory. Conclusion The two methods are brief, rapid and accurate and can be used to analyze and measure the trace elements of medical material. The trace element content in five medical materials has concerned with the principle of composition extrordinary, this provid foundation and information for elementary investigation and penetrating exploitation in the future.
