摘  要:目的观察不同剂量竹叶对关木通中马兜铃酸A溶出量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同剂量竹叶配伍关木通中马兜铃酸A的溶出量。结果关木通马兜铃酸A溶出量为0.106 mg/ml;竹叶与关木通1∶4配伍其溶出量为0.041 mg/ml。结论中药竹叶可明显降低关木通马兜铃酸A溶出量61%;竹叶与关木通以1∶4配比对其马兜铃酸A的溶出量降低最明显。Objective To observe the effects of the dissolution of aristolochic acid A in Aristolochiae manshuriensis by different doses of bamboo leaf.Methods The dissolution of aristolochic acid A in different dose bamboo leaf mixed with Aristolochiae manshuriensis was determined by RP-HPLC.Results ①The dissolution of aristolochic acid A was 0.106 mg/ml in aristolochiae manshuriensis.②The dissolution of aristolochic acid A was 0.041 mg/ml in bamboo leaf mixed with Aristolochiae manshuriensis (the ratio of bamboo leaf and Aristolochiae manshuriensis was 1:4). Conclusion ①Bamboo leaf can obviously reduce the dissolution of aristolochic acid A to 61%. ②When the ratio of bamboo leaf and Aristolochiae manshuriensis is 1:4 ,the reduction of dissolution of aristolochic acid A is the most significant.
