土甘草止咳祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的对土甘草水提取物和醇提取物的止咳、祛痰作用进行研究。方法采用浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽实验、酚红祛痰实验法观察土甘草的止咳、祛痰作用。结果土甘草对浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽有明显的抑制作用;能明显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异。结论土甘草具有一定的止咳、祛痰作用。Objective To study the effects of Tugancao of cough-relieving and sputum-removing.Methods The effects of cough-relieving and sputum-removing were observed by the ammonia water-induced tussive mice and excretion of phenol red in the airway of mice.Results Tugancao significantly reduced the frequency of cough induced by ammonia and increased the quantity of phenol red output from the trachea in mice.Conclusion Tugancao has some effect of cough-relieving and sputum-removing.
