荭叶心通软胶囊对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察荭叶心通软胶囊对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响。方法开胸分离麻醉犬冠状动脉,以不同剂量荭叶心通软胶囊和复方丹参片做对照,观察给药后麻醉犬血压心率、心输出量和冠脉流量等血流动力学指标的变化。结果荭叶心通软胶囊对麻醉犬血压动脉收缩压(SAP)、舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)有降压作用,明显增加麻醉犬冠脉流量(CBF)、减慢心率(HR),与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论荭叶心通软胶囊具有改善心功能的作用,有一定的研究开发前景。Objective To investigate hemodynamic changes in anaesthetized dogs after the intravenous injection of Hongyexintong soft capsule.Methods The hemodynamic indexes of open-chest dogs were observed after intravenous injection of Hongyexintong soft capsule at different doses,which were compared with Fufangdanshen tablets.Results Hongyexintong soft capsule had the potency of decreasing the SAP,DAP,MAP,HR and increasing obviously the CBF of the experimental dogs,and the test results in experimental group were significantly different from those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Hongyexintong soft capsule has effect of improving cardiac function,which indicates Hongyexintong soft capsule has a perspective of research and development.
