摘 要:目的对药用植物战骨的化学成分进行分离,并对其药理活性做初步研究。方法利用多种色谱技术分离纯化战骨中的黄酮类成分并对药理活性进行研究。根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。采用抗氧化模型对分离出来的单体进行体外活性筛选。结果从战骨的醋酸乙酯部分中分离得到了2个黄酮类的化合物,分别鉴定为柚皮素(1)、洋芹素(2);从正丁醇部分分离得到了芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(vicenin 2)(3)。化合物3为首次从战骨中分离得到。化合物1,2在抗脂质过氧化的药理模型中显示了不同程度的抗氧化活性。结论该植物中的黄酮类成分具有一定的抗氧化作用,这也是首次对该植物的单体成分进行药理活性研究。Objective To study the flavonoids in Premna fulva craib and their anti-oxidative activities in vitro.Methods Column chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of flavonoids from the plant.The structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectral evidence and the physical and chemical character.The flavonoids were tested by the model of lipid peroxidation induced by free radicals in mice liver in vitro.Results Two flavones,apigenin(1) and Naringenin(2) and a flavone C - glcoyside 6,8 - di - c - β - apigenin ( vicenin 2) ( 3 ) were isolated from the stem of Premna fulva craib. Compound 1, 2 showed anti - oxidation activities. Compound 3 was isolated from this plant for the first time. Conclusion The flavone agenclone showed anti - oxidation activities. The pharmacological activities of the pure compounds from this plant were also reported for the first time.
