摘 要:目的建立乙醇微波辅助萃取枳壳中柚皮苷的提取方法。方法采用正交实验法分别考察了乙醇体积分数、微波功率、液固比和微波萃取时间对枳壳中柚皮苷提取的影响。结果得出优化的微波萃取条件:乙醇体积分数为40%,微波功率为425 W,液固比为50 ml/g,微波萃取时间为4 min。在此最佳条件下,进行了加样回收率实验,回收率为96.8%~102.4%,RSD为2.57%。结论正交实验法优选出的枳壳中有效成分柚皮苷的微波提取工艺合理可行,微波辅助萃取与索氏提取、超声波萃取法相比具有快速,高效等特点。Objective To establish a microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) method for the extraction of the naringin in Fructus Aurantii.Methods Various experimental conditions of MAE affecting extraction of naringin from Fructus Aurantii were investigated by orthogonal experiments,such as ethanol concentration,the microwave power,the liquid/solid ratio and the microwave-extraction time.Results The optimum conditions of MAE were obtained: ethanol concentration 40%,the microwave power 425W, the liquid/solid ratio 50 ml · g^-1, the microwave - extraction time 4 min. With the optimized condition, the recoveries were from 96.8% to 102.4% and relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.57%. Conclusion MAE for effective constituent from Fructus Aurantii by orthogonal experiments is suitable and feasible. Compared with Soxhlet extraction and Ultrasonic extraction, MAE is more rapid with higher efficiency.
