摘　　要：目的探讨不同苔色颜色数据在三维空间中的分布特征。方法由临床医生选取苔色样本的数据,从262例数字舌图中获得薄白苔数据326个,白苔数据362个,厚白苔数据161个,厚浅黄苔数据24个,灰黄黑苔数据42个,黑苔数据8个。在CIELAB颜色空间以及由CIELAB空间转化的LCH颜色空间中,使用Matlab软件对各类苔色色度值的分布特征进行描述。结果3种不同厚薄的白色舌苔在CIELAB和LCH空间中,均呈现较为规整的分布特征,且与淡红舌比较,色度值均有统计学差异;6种舌苔的L*a*b*C*H*值之间均有明显统计学差异,其中L值在区分各种舌苔中尤为重要;在CIELCH颜色空间中6种舌苔的区分效果最佳。结论由CIELAB颜色空间转化而来的LCH颜色空间,在描述苔色方面更加直观;介于薄厚之间的舌苔描述应该单独提出,才能弥补仅以厚薄两种类型进行舌苔厚度描述的粗略性;由于苔色呈现颜色渐变的连续过程,为了准确定量不同交叉的苔色,将颜色数据的定量分析和空间分布与中医的临床观察相结合进行舌诊研究,有助于推进舌诊客观化的研究步伐。Objective To investigate the space distribution characteristic of different tongue coating colors.Methods Using the data collection method of the tongue color sample manual choosing,the different tongue coating color data from 262 cases digital picture were got,including 326 cases of the thin white coating,362 cases of the white coating,161 cases of the thick white coating,24 cases of the thick light yellow coating,42 cases of the gray-yellow-black coating,8 cases of the black coating.In visual measurement space - - the CIELAB and the LCH color space, the space distribution characteristic of different tongue coating color values was described. Results （ 1 ） In the CIELAB and the LCH color space, color data of the three white tongue coating appeared the uniform 3 D shape distribution, and there was statistic difference of color parameter between the light red tongue color and the three white coating. （ 2 ） The color parameter of six tongue coating appeared statistic difference of L ＊ a ＊ b ＊ C ＊ H ＊ values, and the L ＊ value was the especially important one for distinct varies of tongue coating. （ 3 ） In the LCH color space, six tongue coating could be classified very well. Conclusion The LCH color space translated by the CIELAB more intuitionistic for classifying the tongue coating color. Matching the tongue color space distribution with the clinical observation may promote the impersonality process of tongue color diagnosis.
