摘  要:研究两种共混工艺对PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO3三元复合材料形态与性能的影响。即一步法:PA6、EPDM和nano-CaCO3直接熔融挤出共混;二步法:EPDM和nano-CaCO3先混炼制得母料,母料再与PA6熔融挤出共混。研究发现:二步法工艺会使nano-CaCO3选择性分布在EPDM相中形成"沙袋结构"。"沙袋结构"粒子具有独特的"微纤化"断裂耗能方式,可以有效地改善复合材料的韧性与刚性。The effect of blending technology on properties and morphology of PA6/EPDM/nano-CaCO3 ternary composite was investigated. One called one-step method, which EPDM and nano-CaCO3 was directly melt blended with PA6 matrix. Another called two-step method,which EPDM and nano-CaCO3 was mixed by the twin-roll mill to get master batch first,and then the master batch was melt blended with PA6 matrix. The results showed the ternary composite prepared via two-step method could form a "sandbag structure". Toughness and stiffness of the ternary composite with sandbag structure particle would be improved with the fiber-forming energy dissipation mode.
