摘 要:采用双层复合手段制得各向同性的聚氯乙烯(PVC)/硫酸镁晶须(MSW)复合材料,每层中的MSW是单一取向的。扫描电镜表明:试样中MSW是高度取向的。研究双层复合法制备的复合材料力学性能随MSW含量的变化规律。并与单一MSW取向的复合材料进行比较。结果表明:双层复合制得的材料纵横向力学性能一致,且在低添加量时也能较大地提高复合材料力学性能。The PVC/MSW (magnesium sulfate whisker) composite materials with isotropic mechanical properties were prepared by a double-layer composed method, all MSWs aligned in a parallel way in each layer. SEM photos characterized that MSWs were highly oriented in the composites. In addition, the mechanical properties of the double-layer composed composites with different orientations and contents of the MSWs were studied in detail,and the results showed that composites exhibited isotropic and improved mechanical properties even with a low content in contrast to traditional composites dispersed with single oriented MSWs.
