摘　　要：该文首先概括了大学学习的特点,并将大学的学习分为入学适应阶段、稳定发展阶段和趋于成熟阶段;然后分别对这三个阶段的具体学习特点、主要的学习心理问题进行了分析;最后针对各阶段的学习心理问题提出了相应的调适策略。After summarizing the characteristics of college learning,the paper divides it into three stages:the entrance adaptive stage,the steady development stage and the increasingly mature stage.Then the paper analyses the specific learning features at these stages,and the main psychological problems encountered in college learning.Finally the author puts forward the corresponding adjustment measures.
