摘  要:目的探讨公路噪声对收费站作业人员血压和静息心率的影响。方法按照《作业场所生产性噪声检测规范》检测湖北省9个公路收费站噪声强度和等效连续A声级,对高、中、低噪声暴露组共128例收费站作业人员和非噪声暴露组61例,进行血压和静息心率的测量和分析。结果中、高噪声暴露组,血压和静息心率明显高于非暴露组,并随着噪声强度的增加,血压和静息心率均值和异常检出率也随之增加,中、高暴露组与非暴露组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公路噪声对收费站作业人员血压和静息心率有一定的影响,应加强防护。[ Objective ] To investigate the impact of the highway noise on blood pressure and resting heart rate of workers in highway toll station. [ Methods] Noise level and equivalent continuous A- weighted sound pressure level of 9 highway toll stations in Hubei Province were detected in accordance with the "productive workplace noise detection norms", blood pressure and resting heart rate of both 128 toll station workers in high, medium, low noise exposure groups and 61 workers in non-noise exposure group were meas- ured and analyzed. [ Results] The blood pressure and resting heart rate of high and medium exposure groups were significantly higher than those of non - exposed group, and the mean values and abnormal detection rate of blood pressure and resting heart rate increased with growing noise intensity; the differences between high, medium exposure groups and non - exposed group were significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Highway noise has a certain impact on blood pressure and resting heart rate of the highway toll station workers, therefore, the protection should be strengthened.
