摘 要:目的开发新鲜蔬菜农药残留量的快速检测技术。方法根据有机磷农药残留的胆碱酯酶抑制法原理,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳反应条件,由指示剂颜色变化和反应液△pH进行定量。结果确定检测条件为:马血清0.8ml,1.0%氯化乙酰胆碱1.4ml,反应温度为33℃。该方法对常见的几种有机磷农药的检测限均在0.04~10.0mg/kg的范围。结论该方法操作简便,检测快速,成本低,因而在有机磷的快速测定中有广泛的应用价值。[ Objective] To establish a rapid detection technique of pesticide residues in fresh vegetables. [ Methods] According to the Principle of acetylcholinesterase inhibition method of organophosphorus pesticide residues, the optimum reaction conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments, and the quantification was tested by the color change of indicator and ApH of reaction solution. [ Results ] The reaction conditions was horse serum 0.8 ml, 1.0 % acetylcholine chloride 1.4 ml, at 33~C. The detection limit range of common organophosphorus pesticides was 0. 04 - 10.0 mg/kg. [ Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, and inexpensive, so it has extensive application value in the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides residue.
