摘　　要：目的掌握北京市顺义区奥运场馆周边公共场所及奥运签约宾馆的卫生状况。方法按照《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》进行现场采样及检测。结果2008年共监测顺义区奥运场馆周边公共场所及奥运签约宾馆旅店业、游泳场所、洗浴场所3类场所的公共用品和游泳池水1513件,总合格率为81.30%,洗浴场所合格率最低,仅为68.23%。洗浴场所与旅店业、游泳场所的卫生状况差异具有统计学意义(χ2=23.48,P<0.01,χ2=4.22,P<0.05);奥运签约宾馆与周边宾馆公共用品卫生状况的差异也具有统计学意义(床上卧具类χ2=9.22,P<0.01、拖鞋类χ2=17.28,P<0.01);床上卧具和拖鞋卫生的季节性差异具有统计学意义(床上卧具χ2=28.69,P<0.01,拖鞋χ2=40.95,P<0.01)。结论顺义区奥运场馆周边公共场所卫生状况不容乐观,尤其是洗浴场所需加强监督管理。[ Objective] To understand the sanitary status of public places and Olympic contracted hotels around the Olympic venues in Shunyi District of Beijing City. [ Methods ] Field sampling and detection was based on ＂ Sanitary Standard Testing Methods for Public Places＂. [ Results] Public places and Olympic contracted hotels, swimming places, bath places around the Shunyi Olympic venues were monitored in 2008. Of 1513 samples of public goods and swimming-pool water, the total qualified rate was 81.30%, the minimum of qualified rate of bath places was 68.23%. The differences of sanitary between bath places, hotels and swimming places were significant （ χ^2 = 23.48, P 〈 0.01, X2 = 4.22, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the significant difference of public goods sanitary existed between Olympic contracted hotels and hotels around the Olympic venues（ bedding stuff χ^2= 9.22, P 〈0. 01, slippers χ^2 = 17.28, P 〈 0.01 ） ; seasonal difference of sanitary of bedding stuff and slippers existed significantly （ bedding stuff χ^2 = 28.69, P 〈 0.01, slippers χ^2 = 40.95, P 〈 0.01 ）. ; [ Conclusion ] The sanitary condition of the public place near Olympic venues in Shunyi District is unoptimistic, especially for the bath places which need strengthening supervision and management.
