摘　　要：陪都外交历史文化资源乃重庆对中国和世界历史贡献的凝结,其内涵极为丰富,目前尚处于"半沉睡"状态。可以尝试发起"友谊之旅",缔结历史友好城市,打造特色外交旅游,推出"陪都外交书系",让陪都外交在屏幕上大展风采以及举办重庆与世界交流节,以充分利用这一宝贵资源。前提即明确责任,重视策划、宣传,广泛搜集有关人事、资料信息与遗物,加强历史遗迹保护工作和提供必要经费支持。The diplomatic historical and cultural resources of the Wartime Capital are the condensation of China＇ s historical contributions to the world. Although content of the resources is extremely rich, but the resources are still in ＂half-asleep＂ state. Vie try to launch ＂Friendship Tour＂, conclude historical friendship cities, to build diplomatic tourism and so on, so that we can take full advantage of this valuable resources. Naturally, we should mate clear lines of responsibility, emphasis on planning information as well as provide necessary financial support.
