摘　　要：根据中华人民共和国知识产权局网站上"相关链接"中的"国外主要知识产权网站"得到94个官方专利网站。以Google为搜索工具,得到相关网站的9个链接分析指标。通过对这些指标数据进行分类处理与综合分析,得出全球官方专利网站的网络影响力综合关联排序,并依据所得数据的处理结果通过指标关联度对链接指标与链接分析工具做了讨论。Selecting 94 official patent sites over the world from the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China as research swatch,and using Google and as search tools,the author obtains 9 link analysis indicators of relevant websites.By sorting,processing and synthetic analysis of these indicators,the relevance ordering for the web impact of official patent sites over the world are presented and evaluated.The link indicators and link analysis tools are also discussed in accordance with the data processing results.
