摘　　要：HS12864-15是一种点阵式LCD显示模块,用于现代工业控制和智能化仪器仪表之中显示字符、汉字和图形。文中介绍了基于英飞凌XC164单片机控制,由HS12864-15进行数据显示的显示系统软硬件设计方法。HS12864-15 is a dot-matrix LCD display module which can be used for modern industrial control instrumentation and intelligent display of characters, Chinese characters and graphics. In this paper, it introduces the LCD control based on the Infineon XC164 single-chip, a variety of display hardware and software design method of display systems from HS12864-15.
