摘　　要：目的分析丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染者的血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL),探讨血清MBL水平与HCV感染及其致病程度的关系。方法收集HCV感染者128例,分成HCV携带者、轻度慢性丙型肝炎患者和中度慢性丙型肝炎患者三组。通过酶联免疫吸附法测定血清MBL的水平。结果HCV感染者血清MBL浓度均值为(1.729±0.529)μg/ml,高于正常对照组均值(0.974±0.305)μg/ml(P<0.01),且血清MBL水平随患者肝功能损害程度加重而增加。结论作为急性时相反应蛋白,血清MBL可反应HCV感染导致的慢性病理状态,它可能也参与肝脏纤维化的过程。Objective To analyze serum mannan- binding lectin levels in hepatitis C virus -infected subjects, and to explore clinical significance of the levels of mannan - binding lectin for hepatitis C virus - infected subjects. This study will also investigate the relationship between fthe level of mannan - binding lectin and the severity of hepatitis. Methods Peripheral blood samples were obtained from 128 hepatitis C virus - infected subjects. These subjects were divided into three groups, hepatitis C virus carriers, patients with mild chronic hepatitis C and patients with moderate chronic hepatitis C. The concentration of serum mannan - binding lectin was determined using enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mean serum concentration of mannan - binding lectin in hepatitis C virus - infected subjects was 1. 729 ±0. 529μg/ml. That in healthy controls was 0. 974 ± 0. 305μg/ml. There were significant differences in the value of serum mannan - binding lectin between hepatitis C virus -infected subjects and healthy controls （P 〈 0.01 ）. The serum concentration of man- nanbinding lectin was associated with the severity of liver damage. Conclusion As an acute phase protein, the serum levels of mannan - binding lectin may relate to chronic liver damage caused by hepatitis virus, It also has a role in the development of fibrosis in hepatitis C virus -infected patients.
