摘　　要：文章比较详细地介绍了VSAT卫星通信系统的技术特点,简要回顾了十多年来我国建设和发展VSAT卫星通信网的基本情况及其存在的问题,并从我国客观实际和战略决策的角度出发对我国VSAT网的建设和民族工业的发展提出了一些看法和建议.This article introduces the technical features of VSAT satellite communication system in detail and briefly reviews the construction and development of VSAT satellite communication network in China during the last ten years as well as the problems emerged in the process of development. Finally, some opinions and suggestions on the construction of VSAT network and the development of national industry are proposed based on the practical conditions of China and from the strategic decision - making point of view.
