摘　　要：本文提出一种粒化生铁固相脱碳的工艺方法,其产品可代替废钢作为电炉炼钢的好原料。对于脱碳反应的机理及脱碳过程的工艺条件进行了实验研究和探索,对此工艺的经济分析表明,这一方法在我国条件下是有发展前途的。This paper recommends a process of pig iron decarbonization. Its products can be used aselectric furnace change of high quality instead scraps. The mechanism of decarbonizing reac-tion was investigated and the technical condition of this process was analysed. The economicevaluation of the process shows that it may be usable under China's domestic condition.
