摘 要:采用ANSYS软件,用电磁/热耦合计算的方法,计算了HFW焊管焊缝感应加热过程中副线圈相对位置、主线圈与钢管间隙诸因素对钢管内外壁温度曲线的影响。数据分析表明,副线圈在竖直方向上与主线圈的距离对温度曲线几乎没有影响;而主线圈与钢管的间隙越小,升温速度越快。数据分析发现,升温过程中,钢管中焦耳热的分布以居里点为界,呈"高原"形分布。The effect of the distance between the sub-coil and the main coil and the distance between the main coil and the pipe on the temperature curves of the pipe s inner and outer surface was calculated,using the electromagnetic/thermal module of the ANSYS.The results show that the distance between the sub-coil and the main coil almost has no effect on the temperature curves in the vertical direction,while if the gap between the pipe and the main coil is smaller,the temperature will rise faster.It is also found that in the temperature rise process, the distribution of the Joule heat in the pipe looks like a plateau bordered by the Curie point of the material.
