摘　　要：应用于恶劣油气井况的负承载角螺纹特殊管接头,具有很高的抗拉伸强度与复合加载强度,越来越多的特殊管接头厂商都采用这种负承载角螺纹连接形式。然而负承载角螺纹的加工比普通圆(LC)螺纹、偏梯形(BTC)螺纹加工更加复杂。介绍使用成型刀片加工负承载角螺纹的难点。以P110普碳钢加工为例,提出一种使用侧向进刀方式加工负承载角螺纹的工艺方法,适用于类似负承载角螺纹和非垂直进刀的加工。The premium connection with negative-supporting-thread has some predominant characteristics,such as high tensile and compound loading strength.This thread style can be widely used in complicated gas and oil wells.More and more premium connection manufacturers are willing to adopt this technology.However,the thread with a negative-supporting angle is more difficult to process than the ordinary LC or BTC thread.The difficulties in the negative-supporting threading are mentioned in this paper.Taking a kind of P110 straight carbon steel for instance, this paper suggests a kind of new threading process in the negative-supporting-thread premium connection using comb cutters. This technology is applicable to the processing of the negative-supporting threading and non-vertical feed cutting.
