护理干预对幼年特发性关节炎患儿家属心理健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对幼年特发性关节炎(juvenile idiopathic arthritis,JIA)患儿家属心理健康状况的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评(SDS),对36例JIA患儿家属进行评估,对心理问题严重的给予相应的护理干预,干预后再次进行评估,将SCL-90,SAS,SDS干预前的结果分别同全国常模、护理干预后的测评结果进行比较。结果 JIA患儿家属干预前SCL-90,SAS,SDS得分高于全国常模,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);干预前后得分差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 JIA患儿家属普遍存在着心理问题,护理干预可改善患儿家属的心理状态,增强心理应对能力。Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on parents of hospitalized children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis（JIA） and its effect on their coping styles. Methods Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ） ,Self- rating Anxiety Seale（SAS） ,the Self-rating Depression Seale（SDS） ,and coping styles questionnaire were used to assess the mental status of parents of 36 hospitalized children with JIA. Efficient nursing intervention was given to those parents with serious mental problems. Assessment was made again after the intervention. The comparison was made with norm and previous assessment after the intervention. There-assessment was carried on after the intervention. Results Parents of hospitalized children with JIA before intervention got higher SAS, SDS,SCJ-90 score than that of Chinese norms,and the difference was significant（ P 〈0.01）. The significant difference was also found between before and after the nursing in- tervention（ P 〈 0.01 ）. After the intervention, summary positive response to the questionnaire latitude score markedly improved,while the negative response latitude score decreased significantly. Conclusions Parents of hospitalized children with JIA have mental problems universally. Nursing intervention can improve the mental status of parents of hospitalized children with JIA,and enhance their mental ability to cope with it.
