摘 要:采用二次正交回归旋转设计,研究杉木人工幼龄林叶和枝的C、N含量和C/N与氮、硫沉降之间的关系,并建立模型.结果表明,氮沉降和硫沉降对降低杉木叶和枝的有机碳含量作用不显著.氮沉降能极显著提高杉木叶氮含量,显著提高枝氮含量,氮输入量的饱和临界值约为145 kg.hm-2.a-1;硫沉降可提高杉木叶和枝的氮含量,对叶作用不显著,对枝作用显著.硫沉降为26 kg.hm-2.a-1时叶的N含量达到最大值,硫沉降为30 kg.hm-2.a-1时,枝的N含量达到最大值.氮沉降和硫沉降对杉木叶和枝的C/N有显著的抑制作用(氮沉降作用更显著),对枝的影响较对叶的影响明显.试验处理前叶和枝的平均C/N分别为69.57和158.01,处理后叶和枝的C/N分别为51.36-68.25和98.25-147.21.The relation among C content, N content and C/N in the leaves and branches of the young Chinese fir plantation and the deposition of N and S were studied by the quadratic rotating orthogonal regression design, and the regression model was established. The result indicated that nitrogen and sulfur depositions had no significant effect on the decrease of organic carbon content in the leaf and branch of Chinese fir. The nitrogen content in leaf and branch significantly increased by nitrogen deposition. The saturation critical amount of nitrogen was 145 kg.hm^-2.a^-1 Sulfur deposition had no significant effect on the nitrogen content in leaf, and the nitrogen content in branch was significantly increased by sulfur deposition. The nitrogen contents in leaf and branches reached max values with the nitrogen depositions of 26 and 30 kg.hm^-2.a^-1. The C/N in the leaf and branch of Chinese fir was significantly inhibited by nitrogen and sulfur deposition, and nitrogen deposition had more important effect than sulfur deposition. Average C/N of leaves and branches were 69.51 and 158.01 before experiment, and reached 51.36 -68.25 and 98.25 - 147.21 after experiment.
