摘 要:利用18个微卫星标记对武夷山中华蜜蜂群体进行多态性检测,同时测定个体的前翅长、前翅宽、前翅面积、肘脉指数、吻长和第3、4背板总长等形态特征,采用方差分析法对微卫星DNA标记与形态性状进行相关性分析.结果表明,位点A088对前翅宽、前翅面积有显著影响;位点Ag005 a对第3、4背板总长有显著影响;AP043、AT101对前翅长有显著影响;AP297对吻长有显著影响(P<0.05).18 microsatellite markers were used to study the genetic diversity of Apes cerana cerana populations in Wuyi Mountain. The main indexes of external morphology such as the length, width and area of the anterior wing, the cubital vein index, the length of proboscis and the length of tergite 3 + 4 were detected. The average number of allele, the average heterozygosity and average poly- morphism information content were 4.94, 0.2544 and 0.4911, respectively. The correlations between microsatellite DNA markers and morphological feature were analyzed using PROCGLM of SAS 9. 1.3 statistical software. Microsatellite marker A088 had significant effects on the width and area of the anterior wing ( P 〈 0.05 ). Ag005a significantly affected the length of tergite ( P 〈 0.05 ). The effects of AP043, AT101 on the length of the anterior wing were significant (P 〈0.05). AP297 had significant effect on length of proboscis. It suggested that these important microsatellite markers may be the references for MAS study as the molecular marker in Apis cerana cerana breeding for foraging traits.
