宫腔水囊压迫止血法应用于剖宫产术中大出血106例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评估宫腔内水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血的可行性。方法:选择2005年2月至2009年3月北戴河医院及秦皇岛市妇幼保健院行子宫下段剖宫产,术中发生大出血病例106例,,常规方法处理无效后,应用宫腔内水囊压迫止血。结果:106例患者在12小时后取出水囊,阴道流血量明显减少,均无再次大出血发生。止血效率100%。结论:宫腔内水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血效果佳、操作简便、止血迅速,留置时间短、可作为治疗剖宫产术中大出血的一种简便、可行、有效的止血方法。Objective： To evaluate the feasibility of treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section with intrauterine water sac oppressing. Methods： Treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section intrauterine water sac oppressing was used to treat 106 cases from Beidaihe Hospital and Qin Huang Dao Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital between February 2005 and March 2008 after routine method was inefficient. Results： Water sacs were taken out from 106 ca- ses after 12 hours. Vaginal bleeding significantly reduced and hemorrhage did not occur again. Hemostasis rate was 100 ~. Conclusion：Treatment of hemorrhage in cesarean section with intrauterine water sac oppressing is very effective and easy to operate. It can stop bleeding quickly and needs less retaining time. Therefore, it might be an easy, feasible and effective hemostasis method to treat hemorrhage in cesarean section.
